Shipping

On average, it may take 2-3 business days to process your order before it is shipped. Allow up to 5 days for bulk orders.

Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays, and will include tracking. You will receive the tracking information via email/text when your order has been fulfilled and marked as shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for delivery notification.

Custom-made orders over $50 may require a signature from the customer. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact your local couriers with the tracking number provided in order to investigate this issue. EM cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact EM ASAP. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
